Can people who use my computer see my personal information?
If you're using a Microsoft® Windows PC running either a Netscape browser
(Navigator or Communicator 4.x or higher) or Microsoft Internet Explorer, a copy of a
statement or check image may be saved automatically on your computer's hard disk or in
its cache permitting others using your computer to have the ability to see your
statement.
If you have Internet Explorer (IE) set up correctly, when you close the browser any copies
of your statement will be deleted. Netscape does this automatically, so you don't have to
adjust any settings.
To correctly set up Internet Explorer 4.x, 5.x and 6.x:
- In IE 4.x, go to the View menu
- In IE 5.x and 6.x go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to the Security section.
- Check the option that reads "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed." (In IE 4.x, the option to select is "Delete saved pages when browser closed.")
- Click OK and you're done.

How do I view/save my statements in Netscape 7.x?
When saving statement files using Netscape 7.x, the browser adds an extra extension (.Main)
to the file name (sample.pdf.Main) that prevents the PDF file from being opened.
The .Main extension must be removed from the file name in order to open it. Either save
the file without the extra extension, or rename the file after it has been saved.
